Emily VanEerd

Hey there, my name is Emily Van Eerd. Being a completely complex person, this tiny space is not enough to tell you all about me.

KENYA ADVENTURER

Like I said previously, my adventurer page is pretty small, so I’m glad to have the chance to better introduce myself here. As mentioned, my name is Emily, I’m 16 and I attend St. Patrick’s Catholic School, am involved in a million other activities that keep me extremely busy, such as my favourite sport, volleyball, Student Council, working at Tim Horton’s, hanging out with the improv and comedy team, and of course, coming to Project Kenya meetings once a week. I really can’t explain how much this project means to me; it truly is such a good opportunity that I am absolutely blessed to be able to go on. I am so excited to be a part of it, and even more excited to be able to get to know all of these amazing people, and have the trip and experience of a lifetime. It’s going to be a long journey, but all I can say is ‘bring it on Kenya’.
